Beyond the Four Corners provides specialized consulting services to partners and sponsors who are engaging with a variety of events and venues, including sporting events, stadiums, teams, and civic events. We are dedicated to deriving specific and cost-effective elements and activations needed in those relationships. Too often, event partnerships are generic and not relationship based. Looking at a sponsor agreement only doesn’t build the relationship needed to maximize return on significant investment. Rather than be framed by the page of the agreement, we look beyond the four corners to maximize overall brand impact.
Who
Edward Corey is the principal of Beyond the Four Corners and draws upon a wealth of experience managing events and partnership relationships, most recently as the Chief Operating Officer of the Pasadena Tournament of Roses. During his tenure at the Tournament of Roses, Mr. Corey managed one-half of the full-time staff including the marketing and communications, operations, community relations and partnership teams. This responsibility included managing existing relationships at all levels and the development, negotiation and implementation of new relationships. Event experience includes operational management in various degrees of the Rose Bowl Game, the Rose Parade, four Olympic Games, and specialized civic events of several types. Having implemented sponsor goals, Mr. Corey is now working only with sponsors. Mr. Corey is also a licensed California attorney.
